What you’ll do

The VOID is a fast-growing company, and we need talented VR Guest Experience Team Leaders to help us to success as we chart our path to the future. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional front-line Guest Experience skills. You must be organized, motivated, and flexible, too! Help us build the future of The VOID!


  • Provide exceptional customer service to VOID Guests
  • Ensure adequate staffing is in place to cover each shift
  • Assist in the hiring, leading and mentoring of front-line team
  • Assign positions and shift rotations according to the strengths of the team
  • Adhere to the company & HR standards for breaks and mealtimes
  • Perform the duties of a front-line staff as needed
  • Personify company standards of excellence, hospitality and quality management


  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a high paced front-line customer service setting
  • Previous experience in a leadership role required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college level course-work in related field preferred
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted; and bend, twist, and kneel with ease
