THE VOID is a fast-growing company and we are seeking a self-motivated Supply Chain guru that is willing to wear multiple hats to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, motivated, and passionate about VR. Help us build the future of THE VOID together.

  • Primary liaison between Contract Manufacturer and The VOID.
  • Drive down costs of manufacturing costs through better buying, manufacturing process, and procurement practices.
  • Project management over several area’s in the company.
  • Responsible for overall quotations, delivery, quality, flexibility, communication, and responsiveness.
  • Responsible for order management, customer agreements, and issue resolution.
  • Drive for improvements in key business metrics like cost management/PPV, inventory turns, on-time delivery, quality, warranty and repair work.
  • Ensure successful implementation and operational efficiencies for all of point of use systems
  • Actively collaborates with leaders to optimize operations as related to contract updates/changes, expense, savings and other information
  • Manage repair kit parts process for company
  • Coordinates development and manages the overall project plan and schedule including tech transfer.
  • Monitors progress of assigned projects to ensure on-time milestone and budget completion while ensuring high quality deliverables are provided to the client.
  • Able to troubleshoot problems with minimal assistance. Consistently seeks and promotes innovative solutions or approaches to problem solving, from a technical and functional viewpoint in a highly flexible and interactive manner as scientific data reveals new information or requirements evolve or change.
  • Maintains open, collaborative and solution focused communication with management and provides periodic updates & progress reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize priority tasks and balance multiple changing priorities both for self and project teams with minimal supervision.


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 -10 year experience in Project Management
  • At least 3 years of Contract Manufacturing management and have a thorough understanding of the process
  • Ensures sound project management practices within assigned projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize priority tasks and balance multiple changing priorities both for self and project teams with minimal supervision.
  • Contract manufacturing knowledge in electronic assembly or integration is preferred.
  • High level computer skills are required, including extensive experience with MS Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly.
