We are looking for a competent technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on VR based computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and can communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a proactive knowledge of The VOID’s products and processes
  • Educate clients on the use of The VOID’s VR systems
  • Solve technical problems
  • Define and resolving desktop hardware and software issues
  • Identify when and how to appropriately escalate issues
  • Follow processes and recommending improvements
  • Work independently and as part of a cross-functional technical team
  • Troubleshoot technical problems on-site and provide remote solutions
  • Document problems and requisite solutions
  • Utilize ticketing software to track and monitor the resolution of issues
  • May lift and transport computer hardware
  • Be an organized self-starter who shows up every day, on time, and ready to succeed
  • Requires evening and weekend shifts
  • May have opportunities to travel both domestic and international


  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or another customer support role
  • 4 years’ experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
  • Knowledge able in PowerShell or other scripting languages
