  • Provide extraordinary customer service via inbound phone calls, email or chat
  • Respond to incoming customer requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations
  • Answer customer questions and resolves customer support problems related to billing, account management and troubleshooting
  • Thoroughly describe and document work using customer support ticketing systems
  • Escalate customer support tickets to managers, localized leadership groups or location booking partners as needed.


- High school degree or GED required
