We are looking for a Sr Software Engineer to join our team and help lead critical work on our Engineering team.

What You Will Do:

  • Architect and develop highly available, scalable, and distributed microservices
  • Maintain consistency between on prem & cloud services
  • Set standards & best practices for all backend software in the company
  • Research new technologies & 3rd party integrations, develop proof of concepts
  • Interface with game developers to support their needs
  • Build a platform that can be continually enhanced while maintaining support for released VR experiences
  • Keep up with the bleeding edge of technology and push the limits of reality to new heights the world has yet to see

What You Will Need:

  • 8+ years developing web services
  • Strong expertise in c#
  • Experience greenfielding new application suites
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams
  • Experience mentoring other engineers
  • Able to guide definitions of work and provide proper estimates
  • Ability to see the “big picture” and understand the needs to address before making assumptions or conclusions
