Seeking a highly motivated person who is friendly, organized, and has the ability to handle a wide variety of administrative tasks as well as operational activities.


  • Coordinates various department pick-ups and deliveries of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Maintains tidy, safe and professional work spaces in common areas and all conference rooms
  • Ensure conference rooms and executive offices are fully stocked daily
  • Coordinate lunches for onsite and offsite meetings for executive staff and employees
  • Assist with ordering Costco and stocking kitchens, conference rooms, and break rooms with supplies
  • Order office supplies and miscellaneous items for employees
  • Assists with front desk support as needed including assigning and collecting guest badges at time of arrival and departure
  • Assist with expenses for administration team, FedEx, and others as needed
  • Assists with planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls and all hands meetings
  • Supports the Office Manager and HR team with other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Assist with a variety of miscellaneous tasks, special projects and other errands


  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for picking up lunches and running other miscellaneous errands
  • Needs to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Extremely reliable and responsible
  • Ability to follow both written and oral directions
  • Strong communication and customer services skills
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an office setting
