THE VOID is a fast-growing company, and we need talented Learning and Development Specialist to help us to success as we charter our path to the future. This person will join our team to design, develop, and deliver training resources, focusing on content for our technical operations team. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, creative, motivated, flexible, has experience in technical support, and can take charge during chaotic situations.   • Work with the learning team to determine the best strategies for training design, development and delivery solutions
  • Create, maintain, and enhance training curriculums and content
  • Design, develop, and deploy technology-based and in-person training
  • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts as appropriate
  • Stay current on all instructional design theory and strategies
  • Use and stay current on all appropriate tools for developing technology-based training courseware/software.
  • Meet deliverables on time
  • Deliver the training content to its target audience.
  • This position will be a split of 75% instructional design and 25% training.


  • 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying training
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience delivering training material
  • Flexible with changing timelines and product scope
  • Full availability for both domestic and international travel
  • Prior experience in technical support preferred
