us to success as we charter our path to the future. The ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional front-line customer service skills and is organized, motivated, and flexible. Help us build the future of The VOID!

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing operations, including:
  • Assigning positions and shift rotations according to the strengths of the team
  • Training new hires and coaching current team members
  • Monitoring and responding to guest feedback and reviews
  • Provide exceptional customer service to VOID guests
  • Ensure adequate staffing is in place to cover each shift
  • Assist in the hiring, leading and mentoring of front-line Guides and Tech team members
  • Adhere to the company & HR standards for breaks and mealtimes
  • Perform the duties of any front-line position as needed
  • Act as the “manager-on-duty” as required
  • Follow proper communication channels for issue escalation and documentation
  • Personify company standards of excellence and quality management


  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a high paced front-line customer service setting
  • Previous experience in a leadership role required
